Hon. Justice Vinod Kumar Gupta (Ret.)
Appointed Former First Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court, 2000.
He has served as Advocate General of Jammu & Kashmir, Senior Central Government standing Counsel of Jammu & Kashmir High Court. Thereafter he joined as the Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High court in 2003. Before the retirement he also held the post of the Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High court 2008.

Hon. Justice K K Lahoti (Ret.)
Appointed Former Acting Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh, 2013.
He was also elected as the Additional Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh, at High Court Bench, Gwalior before being appointed ashs the Judge of High Court Of Madhya Pradesh. He was also the Executive Chairman, M.P. State Legal Services Authority and also Practiced Law on Constitutional, Civil & Taxation side from & Practiced on Civil & Criminal side at District Court Guna from. He also Conducted Mega Lok Adalat in Madhya Pradesh, in which a record number of matters were decided.

Hon. Justice Rakesh Tiwari (Ret.)
Appointed Senior Advocate , Supreme Court Of India, 2017-2021 & also conducting Arbitrations for some of the largest PSU’s of the country.
Appointed Acting Chief Justice, Calcutta High Court, 2002-2017.
He was also empaneled as a counsel of Central Government Undertaking Corporations, Banks, Local Bodies & Premier Companies before he got elevated as a Judge in 2002 & was in office till March, 2016. He retired as Acting Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court in September 2017.

Hon. Justice Ranjit Singh(Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court, 2006-2013.
He was commissioned for 12 years into the Judge Advocate General Department of Indian Army. Subsequently joined practice as Advocate and was elevated to Judge of the High Court in March 2006.
He was a member of various committees of the High Court that included Member of the Board of Governance Judicial Academy.
After retirement, he was appointed as Chairman of Debt Recovery Tribunal from 2013 to 2016.

Hon.Justice J M Malik (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge High Court of Delhi, 2007.
Joined Judicial Services worked on different posts in Dekhi viz Sub-Judge, Metropolitan Magistrate, Rent Controller, Additional Chief Metropolitan, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, including Prosecution of income tax cases, additional district and Session Judge, including Land Acquisition Cases and various very sensitive Criminal Cases, in-charge Customs, Sole Tribunal in the Sales Tax Tribunal, incharge, Karkardooma Courts. He was then elevated as the Judge, High courts before being appointed as chairperson - Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal & Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Hon. Justice Arun Kumar Dutta (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of the Calcutta high court, 1992-1997.
Had joined the State Judicial Service through Competitive Examination held by the Public Service Commission in the year 1959.
Held various judicial posts since thereafter, including posts of Chief Judicial Magistrate, District and Sessions Judge, Judge, City Civil & Sessions Courts, Chief Judge, City Civil & Sessions Courts, Calcutta, and eventually elevated to the High Court Bench at Calcutta as a Permanent Judge.
After retirement as a Judge of the Calcutta High Court in February, 1997, had served as Chairman, Board of Arbitration, Government of India dealing exclusively with Arbitration matters, acquiring wide and varied experience in the field of Arbitration.

Hon. Roshan Dalvi (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of Bombay High Court, 2005-2015.
She practiced law in Mumbai and also taught corporate law, as a visiting faculty member at the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
In 1989, Dalvi was appointed as a judge in the City Civil and Sessions Court in Mumbai. In 2004, she was the principal judge of the Family Court in Mumbai. She was appointed to the Bombay High Court in June 2005.

Hon. Justice Reva Khetrapal (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of the Delhi high court, 2006-2014.
She is the current Lokayukta (ombudsman) for the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India, and a former judge of the Delhi High Court.
She enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1975, and practiced law until 1991. In addition to private clients, she represented the Delhi Government as a counsel. She was appointed to the judiciary in 1991, becoming an Additional District and Sessions Judge in Delhi. In 1994, she was appointed as a Special Judge dealing with cases prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. In 1994, she served as secretary to the Press Council of India.

Hon. Justice R. C. Chopra (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of Delhi High Court, 2000.
Justice R.C. Chopra new Copyright Board chairman
New Delhi: Justice R.C. Chopra has been appointed as the chairman of the newly reconstituted Copyright Board.
"He will remain as the Chairman of the Copyright Board for a period of five years or till further orders, whichever is earlier from July 15, 2011," a HRD Ministry statement said.

Hon. Justice Ghanshyam Dass (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of Allahabad High Court, 2002.
Passed LL.B. in the year 1966 and M.A. in the year 1968 from Agra University.
Appointed in P.C.S.(J) in the year 1970 and promoted in Higher Judicial Service in the year 1979. Promoted in the year 1994 as District & Sessions Judge.
Served as Chief Legal Adviser in Development Authority, Lucknow from Apr, 1991 to Aug, 1994 and Chairman in Trade Tax Tribunal, Lucknow from Apr, 1998 to Aug, 2002.
Elevated as Additional Judge at Allahabad High Court on Dec 21, 2002.

Hon. Justice Raghuvir Chaudhary (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of Gujarat High Court, 1981-2010.
He is the owner of the Arbitration Center and a retired judge who has got a wide experience in legal field. The founder has 28 years experience as a Judge and decided cases in Civil and Criminal and matrimonial field.
The founder has decided so many cases under Contract Act and Arbitration and Conciliation Act; and also conducted conciliation proceedings.

Hon. Justice E Padmanabhan (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of Madras High Court, 1996.
Associated with the Green Bench of the High Court for three years and also exercised suo motu powers of judicial review in hundreds of writ petitions, in environmental matters, presided over Division Benches.
In addition to the regular work as Judge of the High Court, functioned as
i) The President of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Union Territory of Pondicherry.
ii) Executive Chairman, Legal Services Authority, Union Territory of Pondicherry. Took keen interest in rendering free legal aid to poor.

Hon. Justice Mohan Lal Mehta (Ret.)
He guides and facilitates the team at MLO. He is a veteran in the field of law who has served the bench and otherwise for over four decades and is continuing to do so. He is one of nation’s preeminent arbitrators and mediators for complex civil, commercial, family disputes, multi-party and high stake cases.
During his long career in judiciary both as a High Court judge and also as a judge at district courts in Delhi he has delivered thousands of judgments and many of which have been landmark pronouncements.

Hon. Justice Dr. B. Siva Sankara Rao (Ret.)
Currently working as Judge – Judicial Preview Process (JPP) for the State of Andhra Pradesh, India Appointed under the State Infrastructure (Transparency through Judicial Preview) Act 2019. I am the sole statutory authority empowered to scrutinise (as part of the JPP) tenders of all State Government Infrastructure and Development Projects (incl. PPP Projects) over USD 13.2 million (i.e. INR 100 crores and above).
Also working as Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Mediator.

Hon. Justice Rajiv Narain Raina (Ret.)
Experience: Practiced Law for about 2 Years in the Allahabad High Court devilling in the chambers of Late Sh. Satyendra Nath Varma, Senior Advocate, Allahabad High Court and thereafter 27 years in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The first two years of which as junior to Mr. N K Sodhi, Senior Advocate, later Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court and then Chief Justice of Kerala and Karnataka High Courts. Gained experience as Junior then in Company, Labour and Transport law etc.
Appointed Reporter, Indian Law Reports (Punjab and Haryana) Series in 1987.
Hon. Justice Surendra Kumar Gangele(Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of Madhya Pradesh High Court, 2004.
Practicing Senior Advocate in Supreme Court of India. Providing Legal Assistance in company Matters related to NCLT & NCLAT. Appeared in more than 200 Civil, Criminal & Constitutional Matters. Enrolled as an arbitrator in Delhi high court - Competent to work as an Arbitrator.

Hon. Justice SN Jha (Ret.)
Appointed Former Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court, 2005.
He joined bar in 15.07.1969 and was elevated as a judge of the Patna High Court in 1990. He was elevated as the 23rd Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High court in 2004 and then appointed the Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court in 2005, from where he retired on 15.06.2007.
Upon his retirement, Justice Jha was appointed as the President of Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. He resigned from the post in service of humanity and joined as the founder chairperson of the Bihar State Human Rights Commission from where he has retired in 2014.
He has been practicing in the Supreme Court of India since. He has been appointed as an arbitrator/ Court Commissioner in many cases.

Hon. Justice Poonam Srivastava (Ret.)
Appointed Former Judge of Allahabad & Jharkhand High Court, 2004.
She enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1972 and practiced in Civil, Criminal and Writ matters at Allahabad High Court.

Sir, has been in the legal field for more than 50 years & continues to learn & teach. His expertise lies in various areas such as Taxation Laws, Family Law, Arbitration Matters.
