    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with a strong research mindset to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in model fine-tuning (PEFT), agentic AI frameworks, classical ML, and end-to-end AI lifecycle management while building production-ready AI systems optimized for cost and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    AI/ML Pipeline Development

    • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
    • Build scalable and production-ready AI systems.
    • Develop continuous training and monitoring pipelines for improvement.

    Model Development & Optimization

    • Perform model fine-tuning using PEFT techniques for large models.
    • Build models using classical ML and deep learning approaches.
    • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost.
    • Work with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.

    Agentic AI Systems

    • Develop and deploy agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
    • Build autonomous reasoning systems using modern AI frameworks.

    Deployment & Infrastructure

    • Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Integrate AI systems into production with focus on scalability and reliability.
    • Use open-source tools to optimize cost and performance.

    Skills & Expertise

    Required Skills

    • 5+ years of AI/ML experience.
    • Strong Python programming skills.
    • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
    • Expertise in model fine-tuning (PEFT techniques).
    • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of ML algorithms (regression, clustering, ensembles).
    • Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines.
    • Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
    • Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases.
    • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
    • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
    • Experience with real-time AI systems and streaming pipelines.

    Additional Skills

    Strong research and problem-solving mindset.

    Ability to read and implement research papers.

    Strong analytical and system design skills.

    Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Education

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
