    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Technical Lead with 7–10 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI-powered applications.

    This role requires strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, data engineering, and productionizing AI models, along with the ability to mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent products.

    Key Responsibilities

    AI/ML Model Development

    • Lead the design and development of AI/ML models for real-world business problems.
    • Build and deploy machine learning pipelines and scalable AI systems.
    • Design and implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.
    • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

    Deployment & Integration

    • Deploy models using APIs, microservices, or cloud-based ML platforms.
    • Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
    • Conduct model evaluation, validation, and monitoring in production.
    • Ensure documentation, reproducibility, and model governance.

    Team Leadership & Innovation

    • Mentor junior engineers and guide the team in AI/ML best practices.
    • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, deep learning, and generative AI.

    Skills & Expertise

    Required Skills

    • 7–10 years of experience in software development, data science, or machine learning.
    • Strong programming experience in Python.
    • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
    • Experience with data processing and feature engineering.
    • Experience working with large datasets and distributed data processing.
    • Experience building ML pipelines and deploying models in production.
    • Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
    • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
    • Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).
    • Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
    • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

    Education

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

    • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
    • Experience building AI-powered SaaS products.
