Even officials, too, have to face operational hurdles, for example, disintegrated data systems, manual scheduling, and limited tracking capabilities.<\/span> As a result, timely case disposal and performance monitoring are hindered.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, what exactly is the core issue? It lies in the absence of an integrated and transparent system that not only prolongs litigation but also limits accessibility for citizens, particularly those from rural and remote areas. Clearly, a transformation is imperative! Therefore, it’s high time we embrace digital justice that is accessible, transparent, and citizen-centric.<\/span>
