The inauguration took place in the honoured presence of the Rajasthan Chief Minister, <\/span>Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma<\/b>, along with several senior members of the judiciary, including Justice Vikram Nath (Executive Chairman, NALSA) and Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma (Chairman, RSLSA). This event underscores the growing organisational adoption of technology-enabled dispute resolution in India.<\/span><\/p>\n

But what does that mean past the stage and the speeches?<\/b><\/h2>\n

India\u2019s judiciary is still dealing with a high caseload, with over<\/span> 54 million <\/b>pending cases across the court system, showing the requirement for accessible, efficient platforms such as digital mediation and Lok Adalats.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have all heard stories, or perhaps experienced them, of people travelling hundreds of kilometres just to seek a simple settlement, only to be given a new date. Our digital dispute resolution platform has been designed specifically to reduce these logistical obstacles.<\/span><\/p>\n
