Jupitice Justice Technologies<\/b> exhibited its Online Arbitration Platform<\/strong><\/a> at the<\/span> 5th ICA International Conference<\/b>, and the two days that followed confirmed something we’ve believed for a long time: India’s arbitration ecosystem is ready for its digital moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The room was paying attention.<\/b> Our booth became a point of conversation for some of the most influential figures in Indian law \u2014 <\/span>Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister for Law & Justice; Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant; and Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu.<\/b> Each engagement was a substantive one, centring on how AI-powered digital infrastructure can make arbitration faster, more transparent, and genuinely accessible to all parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

That kind of dialogue doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It happens when the timing is right \u2014 and when the technology is credible.<\/span><\/p>\n

What we exhibited was neither an idea nor a prototype. It was a fully operational Online Arbitration Bench, where parties could engage a certified arbitrator, file a case digitally, submit evidence, attend virtual hearings, and get a binding award all from a single, organised, secure platform. There are no paper trails. There is no procedural anarchy. Simply a clear, responsible procedure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because, in arbitration, process management may be just as important as legal strategy. Delays, communication breakdowns, and document bottlenecks cost everyone time, money, and confidence. Jupitice is built to fix exactly that.<\/span><\/p>\n
