    Role Overview

    We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager who can translate organizational goals into high-impact digital strategies. This role requires a strong blend of performance marketing, social media, SEO expertise, and hands-on experience with AI-driven (agentic) tools and prompt-based systems to drive measurable business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Leadership

    • Understand organizational vision, revenue goals, and customer segments to design digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across performance marketing, SEO, and social media channels
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, content) to ensure alignment and execution excellence

    Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

    • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics
    • Build scalable performance marketing frameworks and attribution models

    SEO & Organic Growth

    • Own and drive SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
    • Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates
    • Work closely with content teams to build keyword-driven content strategies

    Social Media & Brand Presence

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms
    • Manage brand positioning, engagement, and community growth
    • Analyze social metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

    AI, Automation & Agentic Tools

    • Leverage AI-driven tools, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering for campaign optimization, content generation, and automation
    • Identify and implement new-age marketing technologies to improve efficiency and scale
    • Stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate them into marketing practices

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, dashboards, and CRM systems
    • Derive actionable insights and continuously optimize strategies
    • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership

    Key Requirements

    • 10–12 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing, SEO, and social media
    • Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through digital channels
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and prompt-based systems (agentic tools)
    • Strong understanding of analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making
    • Experience managing teams and agencies
    • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certifications in Generative AI / Prompt Engineering (e.g., Certified Prompt Engineer™, AI Prompting Fundamentals™), or equivalent hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Exposure to marketing automation and personalization platforms
