    Role Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional for the role of Director – Institutional Partnerships & Business Development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with leading institutional and regulatory bodies and a proven track record of building strategic alliances that translate into measurable business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key institutional bodies such as industry chambers, regulatory authorities, and government organizations.
    • Leverage existing networks with organizations like PHD Chamber of Commerce, FICCI, CII, NITI Aayog, SEBI, and similar institutions to create business opportunities.
    • Identify, initiate, and nurture alliances with legal and institutional bodies to expand the company’s ecosystem.
    • Drive revenue growth by converting partnerships into tangible business development and sales outcomes.
    • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and policy discussions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with organizational goals.
    • Monitor market trends, policy changes, and institutional developments to identify new opportunities.

    Key Requirements

    • 12–18+ years of experience in institutional partnerships, alliances, or business development roles.
    • Strong relationships with industry bodies, government institutions, and legal/regulatory organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
    • Prior experience in legal-tech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations is preferred.
