    Role Overview

    The HR Manager at Jupitice will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, policy development, and compliance.

    This role will partner closely with leadership to build strong people practices, ensure legal compliance, and foster a high-performance, engaged workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Operations & Employee Relations

    • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance, employee records, and HRIS updates.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances , ensuring timely resolution and healthy employee relations.
    • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
    • Coordinate learning, training, and development programs aligned with business needs.
    • Support internal communication initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

    HR Policy Development & Governance

    • Draft, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook in line with business requirements.
    • Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to HR processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
    • Communicate policy updates and conduct awareness sessions for employees and managers.
    • Benchmark HR policies against industry best practices and recommend enhancements.
    • Provide guidance and advisory support to managers and employees on policy interpretation and application.

    Compliance & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and statutory records.
    • Stay informed on changes in employment laws and ensure timely policy updates and implementation.
    • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory and organizational standards.

    Key Skills & Competencies

    Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with confidentiality and empathy
    Strong documentation, policy drafting, and analytical skills
    Experience working in fast-growing or dynamic organizations is a plus
