    Role Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across our platform ecosystem. The role requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, optimizing processes, and driving successful implementation of software development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Execution

    • Plan, execute, and manage technology projects ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
    • Ensure strong communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
    • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    Project Methodologies & Process Management

    • Implement and manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
    • Track project progress, monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
    • Continuously improve workflows and optimize delivery processes.

    Risk Management & Reporting

    • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and challenges.
    • Maintain project documentation including reports, roadmaps, and retrospectives.
    • Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business goals.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
    • Minimum 7+ years experience managing technology or software development projects.
    • Experience in IT, software development, or technology-driven environments.

    Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

    Certifications (Preferred)

    • PMP (Project Management Professional)
    • CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
