Please use the chat features of the Platform responsibly. You shall not use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages ('spam') or unsolicited mass distribution of files. Jupitice may establish additional policies regarding the use of chat features, including maximum retention times of messages, maximum number of messages sent per day, or maximum size of a message.

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Website, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. By breaching the provisions of this section, You may be liable to be prosecuted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any other applicable law. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will cooperate with such authorities by disclosing Your identity to them.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the provisions of arbitration set out herein, the courts at Chandigarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.

Any action, dispute or difference arising under or relating to this Terms of Use shall at the first instance be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties hereto, which negotiations shall begin promptly, within 15 (fifteen) days after a party has delivered to the other party a written request for such consultation.

If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute in question within 15 (fifteen) days of the commencement of negotiations, such Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time and rules prescribed thereunder.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by Jupitice and You. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Chandigarh, India. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of India.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE WEBSITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THE WEBSITE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS.
