At Jupitice Justice Technologies, our mission has always been to leverage technology to make justice more accessible, cost-effective, and transparent. On February 20, 2026, this vision reached an important milestone. During the National Cyber Security Conference, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India (CJI), Justice Surya Kant, officially unveiled our latest innovations: the Digital Mediation Platform and the Digital Lok Adalat platform, known as e-Samadhan.

The inauguration took place in the honoured presence of the Rajasthan Chief Minister, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, along with several senior members of the judiciary, including Justice Vikram Nath (Executive Chairman, NALSA) and Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma (Chairman, RSLSA). This event underscores the growing organisational adoption of technology-enabled dispute resolution in India.
But what does that mean past the stage and the speeches?
India’s judiciary is still dealing with a high caseload, with over 54 million pending cases across the court system, showing the requirement for accessible, efficient platforms such as digital mediation and Lok Adalats.
We have all heard stories, or perhaps experienced them, of people travelling hundreds of kilometres just to seek a simple settlement, only to be given a new date. Our digital dispute resolution platform has been designed specifically to reduce these logistical obstacles.
Imagine a small business owner in a remote village in Rajasthan who has a pending payment dispute with a vendor in Jaipur. Instead of closing the shop for the day and spending half their earnings on travel, they can now log in to our digital mediation platform. Through a secure, structured interface, they can meet a mediator, exchange documents, and settle – all from their smartphone.
That is the real impact of a well-designed online dispute resolution platform.
A Scalable Infrastructure for Institutional Justice
The Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RSLSA) has officially inaugurated these modules to integrate technology-enabled workflows into the legal framework. For B2B stakeholders and legal institutions, this isn’t just a digital upgrade; it is a core shift toward an online dispute resolution platform that handles the entire lifecycle of a case.
Our digital mediation platform enables an end-to-end workflow from case initiation and notice issuance to secure document exchange and final settlement recording. Similarly, the digital Lok Adalat module is designed for scale. It facilitates structured digital settlement drives, allowing institutions to manage thousands of cases simultaneously without the administrative burden of physical hearings.
Thought-provoking? We think so too. Justice is evolving, and we’d be happy to walk you through the technology making it happen. [Book a free demo here].
How Come Digital Enablement Is Important?
For our partners in the legal and corporate sectors, Jupitice offers more than simply a meeting tool. We provide a solid, end-to-end infrastructure. From automated notice generation to digital signatures on settlement awards, our digital mediation and digital Lok Adalat platforms ensure that every stage is legally valid, transparent, and encrypted.
As our Founder & CEO, Mr. Raman Aggarwal, said:
“The justice system is increasingly moving in the direction of scalable and citizen-centric processes. Digital mediation and online Lok Adalats may greatly expand access to justice by enabling participation irrespective of geography.
We have designed these services to support institutions in conducting secure, structured, and transparent dispute resolution at scale, while protecting the wholeness of legal processes.”
Moving Forward with Purpose
At Jupitice, we don’t see this as the end. It is part of a stronger devotion to building justice systems that are inclusive, scalable, and future-ready.
When a citizen can resolve a dispute without losing pay due to travel, when institutions can reduce pendency through well-structured digital Lok Adalat solutions, and when mediators can facilitate cross-border discussions, technology has done its job.
Justice is not simply accessible; it is attainable.
And that is the outcome that actually matters.
